Alfred — an agentic game-generation pipeline
2026
A plain-language concept goes in; a deployed, tested, playable math game comes out. The concept flows through spec, plan, build, validation, browser testing, and review — each stage an AI agent, with me reviewing at every phase transition. The build stage emits a single self-contained HTML file that gets injected into a student-facing harness where kids play the generated game.
